In 1973, Andrew and his father, Master Chef Ming-Tsai Cherng, opened the doors to the first Panda Inn in Pasadena, California. It all began with their vision to create timeless Mandarin and Szechwan dishes mixed with an innovative style. At Panda Inn, the variety of delicious entrees celebrates the remarkable history and authentic taste of China's regional flavors. Panda Inn continues to carry on that tradition by practicing the Chinese art of balancing a mixture of tastes and textures in each entree to delight the senses.
